STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN - Including International Returns
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. Please use the link here to use our return requests.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
- Once approved you will receive the steps on how to return your garment/s back to us via email.
- Once Iulover receives your return back to our warehouse please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed *any return sent to us that has not been authorised or has not submitted a return may be rejected and sent back to its sender.
- Our fulfillment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different, please do not use the address we ship to you from to return your packages as they will be refused.
- We do not offer Freight To Collected (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Important note for international orders:
- We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as Iulover is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery.
- Please ensure you clearly declare the article as low value 'DRESS' otherwise duties will be charged. Iulover will not absorb the cost of any duties/taxes for return parcels incorrectly declared. Duties/taxes charged will be deducted from your credit/refund.
