If your dresses is not suitable, we offer full refunds on all dresses items(Excluding original delivery charge). dresses items are also eligible for a credit voucher or exchange. Should you wish to receive a refund on your items, you must notify us of the return by emailing email@example.com/Contact Us within 7 days of signing for your article.
To receive a Refund/Return, all Returns must meet these Requirements:
- Returns or exchanges across all collections are accepted on items within 7 days from the of delivery date, any items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.
- The items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed and with all the tags and labels not removed and still attached.
- Free of make-up stains and odourless; and any items that have been returned soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons; bodysuits, lingerie/intimates & swimwear/bikinis cannot be returned.
- All items with Clearance or Final Sale Markdown Prices are not returnable or exchanges and are FINAL SALE.
- The item is returned to us within 37 days from delivery date.
- Please note all shipping charges for return and exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Ship back the items within 7 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number and copy of shipping receipt.
The returns team will respond to your request whilst reviewing & accepting your return request & provide you with an alternate physical shipping address. (China warehouse) When returning to us please send us a return proof, such as a tracking number, copy of shipping receipt.
All returns should use safe and fast shipping agent like DHL/FEDEX/TNT/USPS (Not accept the 'USPS First-Class Package International Service') to make sure the package reach on time. Customer is responsible for lost package/expired returns if she/he used unsafe and non-trackable postal shipping service.We will not be responsible for any lost packages.
Important note for international orders: Please ensure you clearly declare the article as low value 'RETURN MERCHANDISE' 'GIFT DRESS' otherwise duties will be charged. IULOVER will not absorb the cost of any duties/taxes for return parcels incorrectly declared. Duties/taxes charged will be deducted from your credit/refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we received the returned item and confirmed it matches our returns policy (excluding original delivery charge),sometimes longer during high order volume periods. We will send refund notification via email after refund sent.
Faults & Warranties
We truly hope you are happy with our products, we have very strict quality checks to ensure each dress is free from any faults/defects before dispatch, hence why all products purchased from this website are checked by human hand under camera supervision prior to shipping. In the event of an unexpected fault, IULOVER is happy to provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to the customer (within reason & upon approval).
For all faulty claims, immediately lodge a return request and attach clear photos of the claimed faults on the product along with the 'Garment Quality Check-List' which was provided with your order.
Depending on the claim, any faults caused during the course of wearing the item/s may be void, as all joints & moving parts are checked/ tested prior to shipment.
To return an item, please note the details below:
- Our fulfillment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different, please do not use the address we ship to you from to return your packages as they will be refused.
- We do not offer Freight To Collected (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "UNDELIVERABLE" address.
Order can only be cancelled before dispatch, we will normally send order in 1-2 working days, sometimes longer if the item is temporarily out of stock(we will tell you by email),if you want to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Please note that placing orders with us means that you are accepting all of the terms and conditions advised above, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to change these Terms and Conditions, we also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.
